Attending.

Who is eligible to attend the Pharma Manufacturing IT Congress?
The event is restricted to 100 senior pharma manufacturing IT leaders, with 70% of seats reserved for end-users like Heads of Manufacturing IT and CSV. Vendors are kept as a deliberate minority to ensure a practitioner-focused environment.
How do I secure a seat for the Pharma Manufacturing IT Congress event?
Attendance is by invitation only. Interested professionals must Apply for a seat by 15th June 2026. You may also register before 10th June 2026 to get an early bird discount, and the Delegation desk will issue a decision within 24 hours based on your role.
What is the "Heads of Manufacturing IT Roundtable"?
This is a closed, nomination-only session that operates under Chatham House Rules for honest, off-the-record discussions. It is specifically designed for top-tier IT leaders to share real-world challenges without press presence.
When do applications for the Ahmedabad edition close?
Applications must be submitted by 10th June 2026. Because the room is curated and limited to 100 seats, early application is encouraged to ensure the Council can review your profile.

Pricing & passes.

What is the cost of an individual Executive Pass?
The Executive Pass is currently priced at ₹4,990 + GST (discounted from ₹6,990). This pass covers full-day access, keynotes, a curated networking lunch, and all Congress materials.
Is there a discount for bringing a team?
Yes, a Corporate Pass is available at ₹3,490 per person + GST for groups of three or more. This includes priority seating and team networking placement to ensure your leadership team is spread across different discussion tables.
What is the "Technology Partner" pricing?
Solution providers (MES, LIMS, CSV, etc.) can purchase a pass for ₹25,000 + GST. This allows them access to all sessions and the networking lunch, though they remain a minority in the room per the editorial charter.
What details are required for payment and registration?
Applicants must provide their full name, work email, and other details in the form. This information helps the Council determine if the delegate qualifies under the editorial brief.

Format & content.

What is the "One Day, Three Acts" structure?
The day is split into The Reset (regulatory and validation), The Floor (shop-floor systems like MES and LIMS), and The Build (strategic topics like IT-OT and Digital Twins). Each act is designed to move from theory to practical shop-floor execution.
How does the Pharma Manufacturing IT Congress handle speaker presentations?
Every session is practitioner-led, meaning speakers are currently running the systems they speak about. Most importantly, every session ends with one prioritised action rather than just a folder of slides.
Will there be live technology demonstrations?
Yes, during Act II, the Patron Salon features three working demonstrations of 15 minutes each. These are strictly “no-slide” sessions focused on showing the technology in action rather than a sales pitch.
What regulatory frameworks will be covered?
The agenda focuses on modern standards including GAMP 5 Ed.2, FDA CSA, EU Annex 11 & 22, and the India DPDPA. The goal is to provide a roadmap for going paperless without compromising compliance.

Venue & logistics.

Where is the Congress being held?

Policies.

What is the "Editorial Charter"?
The Council holds a “line on composition,” meaning acceptance is based on professional relevance, not just payment. They guarantee that 70% of the room are end-users to prevent the event from feeling like a vendor expo.
What are the rules regarding the Roundtable session?
The Manufacturing IT Heads Roundtable runs under Chatham House Rules, meaning participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speakers may be revealed.
What is the cancellation or delegate substitution policy?
Acceptance is “editorial, not transactional.” For group changes or cancellation enquiries, write to registrations@gpacts.org.
Are delegate names made public?
To maintain privacy and encourage honest discussion, the names of accepted delegates are not published. This ensures a high level of confidentiality for senior leaders attending from competitive pharma houses.
